This RFI is intended for market research to determine potential and eligible vendors capable of providing engineering and technical services in support of Norfolk Naval Shipyard Engineering and Planning Department (EPD) Disciplines and Waterfront Projects described below prior to determining the method of acquisition. The U.S Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. Interested parties must be vendors on the current SeaPort-NxG IDIQ.
