Fire Watch/Tank Watch Touch Labor Support

Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for the Fire Watch/Tank Watch Touch Labor Support. The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR part 13.5. The requirement will be solicited as a 100% total Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 336611. The small business size standard is 1300 (# of employees).

The Product Service Code is J998. The tentative period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to begin August 15, 2025 through August 14, 2026. FAR 52.212-1, Section 3.3, states that a resume is required for the Supervisor position. Will the Government confirm that only one resume is required for this role? Government answer 23 – A minimum of 1 supervisor resume is required with contractor’s proposal. Subsequent submissions shall be delivered each week until 100% manning is achieved for supervisor requirement (7). CLARIFICATION TO THE ORIGINAL ANSWER - 1 supervisor resume is required for the proposal. Additional supervisor resumes will be submitted each week (after contract award) until full manning is achieved. This contract requires 7 supervisors in total. All 7 supervisor resumes should be submitted once full manning is achieved.
