Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is in need of a contractor to provide chemical cleaning services for six (6) Main Feed Pump LO Coolers and eight (8) Turbine Generator LO Coolers to restore sea water side (tube side) to Level III cleanliness and remove all marine growth. Level III Cleanliness defined as: Surface shall be reasonably free of foreign material and any remaining residue on the surface shall not interfere with system operations or damage system components.
The anticipated Period of Performace is June 16, 2025 through August 8, 2025. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the needed service, please provide the following information: 1.) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization. 2.) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.
3.) Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. 4.) Size of business - Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantage, 8(a), Hubzone, Woman-owned and/or Veteran-owned. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
