OUTER & INNER OMEGA SEAL TEST ASSY

Pre-Solicitation Notice N42158-23-Q-E027 Omega Inner and Outer Seals Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract as necessary to provide Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, VA with twenty (20) EA (20) EA SEAL TEST ASSY, INNER, Twenty (20) EA SEAL TEST ASSY, OUTTER, Twenty (20) INSERT, FIRST PASS, and Twenty (20) INSERT, SECOND PASS This requirement will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside, in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.

The required delivery date for these items is no later than 15 April 2025 to be delivered to Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, VA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339991 with a small business standard of 1,000 employees. Requests for Quote (RFQ) will be available for download on Sams.gov at http://www.SAM.gov under RFQ number N42158-24-Q-E027.

Potential vendors are hereby notified that the RFQ and subsequent amendments to the RFQ will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at the above web site. This office will no longer issue hard copy RFQs.
