Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc.

Repair and consolidate electrical Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems and subsystems at Naval Base Guam (NBG), in support of Risk Mitigation Framework (RMF) systems authorization requirements. In addition, consolidate systems into a unified network allowing for centralized SCADA monitoring of power system conditions and power quality, centralized systems and network administration, unified systems support from a SCADA vendor and integrator, resilience to known and emergent operational and cybersecurity hazards, and recoverability from exigent system conditions.
