MCAS Cherry Point Harvest FY26 Timber Sale

The Cherry Point Harvest FY26 Timber Sale (Contract No. N40085-26-RP-00017) is located on Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, Havelock, North Carolina and consists of one (1) tract totaling approximately 48 acres. Maps of the harvest areas are available at Bldg. 4223, Natural Resources Division, MCAS Cherry Point, NC 28533-0006. Bids shall be prepared in accordance with the IFB and Standard Form 114 (Sale of Government Property -- Bid and Award).

Bids are due no later than 11:00 am on October 14, 2025, and shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to MCAS Cherry Point FEAD, Attn: MCAS Cherry Point Harvest FY2026 Timber Sale, NAVFAC MIDLANT, PSC Box 8006, Cherry Point, NC 28533-0006. Sealed bids will be received for purchase and removal of Timber located on Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, Havelock, North Carolina.

Bids will be opened publicly on October 14, 2025 at 11:00 am, and read at the office of the Resident Officer In Charge of Construction (ROICC) MCAS Cherry Point, Bldg. 87, Roosevelt Blvd, Cherry Point, North Carolina, 28533-0006. This is a firm-fixed price lump sum/per unit sale with the option of additional timber being added at unit prices. Inspection of the timber offered for sale and removal is invited and strongly encouraged.
