The work includes construction of additions on the east and north faces of the existing Building 124. The project also includes enlarging the remaining loading dock of hard surface concrete. The work also includes demolition and removal of the existing interior office spaces. The work includes modification and replacement of the electrical, mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, fire protection, and fire alarm systems and ancillary work.
