The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis.

It is requested that interested vendors submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 5 pages total) demonstrating the ability to provide the product with the specifications described above. Interested Sources are invited to respond to this Source Sought by completing Attachment 1 – Company Information and providing product technical information and specification sheets.

The Capabilities Statement Package shall not exceed 5 pages and shall ONLY be submitted electronically to Madison Tatem, madison.e.tatem.civ@us.navy.mil and MUST be limited to a 4MB attachment. You are encouraged to request a read receipt or acknowledgement via reply email. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MONDAY, 09 JUNE 2025 AT 2:00 PM EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME. LATE RESPONSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
