FSS Bridge - Capacity Increase J&A

This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) to authorize the establishment of a bridge and capacity increase to the Facilities Support Services (FSS) Contract at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, MD. The authority for this non-competitive action is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(2), as implemented by FAR 6.302-2, “Unusual and Compelling Urgency.” This bridge contract is a temporary measure to ensure continuity of operations while a competitive follow-on procurement for these same services is completed.
