United States Naval Observatory (USNO) Precise Lab

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Washington, DC is seeking small businesses concerns, women-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, certified HUBZone small businesses, and certified 8(a) small disadvantaged businesses firms, etc. with the capacity, experience, and interest in competing for Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors to support the Government.

The Government will require facility management services and facility investment services for facilities, ground structures, personal property equipment, and installed equipment and systems at United States Naval Observatory (USNO), Washington, District of Columbia (DC). More details can be found in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract period of performance will be June 5, 2025 – June 4, 2033 for a total of eight (8) years.
