J&A Increase Capacity on Contract N4008021D0013 IDIQ Multi-Media Environmental Compliance Services with Emphasis on Storm Water, Wastewater, and Drinking Water for Washington DC AOR and US Territories

This justification and approval (J&A) increases the contract maximum Not-To-Exceed (NTE) capacity for the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Multi-Media Environmental Compliance Services, with an Emphasis on Storm Water, Wastewater, and Drinking Water for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington DC Area of Responsibility (AOR) and US Territories. Modification P00005 was awarded on 9/27/2024 to increase the contract capacity by $10 Million, from $30 Million to $40 Million. The single award IDIQ contract was awarded to Association of Consultants and Engineerson 2/12/2021.
