This Notice serves as The Portsmouth Naval Shipyards intent to sole source the following requirement: The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) requires the removal, reinstallation, and testing of the CO2 Scrubber and COH2 Burner equipment shipboard. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of fulfilling this requirement.

CEPEDA Associates Inc. (Cage Code: 60756) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and thus owns the proprietary data- including drawings, equipment, and approved processes required to perform this work. If you are a capable vendor and able to complete this work, please respond to this notice by the listed closing date.
