If no information is provided, your quotation may be determined to be unresponsive. Award may be made on the basis of adherence to the schedule and/or soonest mobilization. PPIRS/CPARS information will be utilized to evaluate Past Performance. Please provide breakdown of total prices, if applicable, for Price Justification purposes.

Any vendor who will be utilizing an authorized distributor of Keysight Power Supplies to fulfill this requirement must provide proof of availability and confirmed lead time from the distributor. This must be submitted at time of quote. The Contracting Officer will utilize any available information, public or otherwise, to evaluate Vendor Responsibility.
