Intent to Sole Source Comcast Cable, Phone, and Internet Systems Service

Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to Sole Source the requirement to provide Comcast Cable, Phone, and Internet Systems on an on-going basis. Comcast solution utilizes proprietary lines and hardware that is integrated into existing Shipyard environments and utilizes proprietary software running on non-proprietary hardware that is integrated into existing LAN/WAN networks This is a special notice of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard's intent to Sole Source and not a formal request for quotes or proposals. Any provided quote in response to this special notice will not be reviewed or considered for award.
