PNSY Intent to Sole Source - PAUT and ToFD On-Site Training to Lavender International

Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to Sole Source the requirement to provide on-site training of Level II PAUT and Level II ToFD courses to Lavender International. The contractor is the only Level III Test Examiner approved training curriculum utilized throughout the corporation. This is a special notice of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard's intent to Sole Source and not a formal request for quotes or proposals. Any provided quote in response to this special notice will not be reviewed or considered for award.
