SSTG #1 and #2 Materials

Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) intends to solicit for the supply of materials necessary for the repair and maintenance of the #1 and #2 Ships Service Turbine Generators (SSTGs) shipboard. Under authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of fulfilling this requirement.

Northrop Grumman Marine Systems (CAGE: 90099) is the Original Equipment Manaufacturer (OEM) and thus owns the proprietary data - inluding drawings, equipment, and approved processes required to perform this work. A solicitation will be available on or around 8/1/2024. Justification and Approval for Sole Source will be posted prior to that date.
