Threshold Notice: Modification for Pearl Harbor Gartner IT Research

Per FAR 5.201(b)(1)(ii) the contracting officer must transmit a notice to the GPE for each proposed contract modification to an existing contract for additional supplies or services that meets the posting threshold in 5.101(a)(1). The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Contracting Office is executing a bilateral contract modification to Contract N3904024F0057 which was awarded on June 24, 2024 to Gartner Inc. (0EFU3) for IT Research Subscription at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Hickham HI.

The purpose of this modification is to add two additional CLINS CLIN 0030 and 0031 (POP 1/25/25 to 6/30/25) in the amount of $108,454.00. Funding to this contract increases the total contract value by $108,454.00, from $3,259,258.00 to $3,367,712.00. This contract modification is considered within scope of the contract as the funding being added is within the scope of work and intent of the original awarded contract. The nature of the services are not changed with this contract modification.
