Note: This requirement is for Preventive Maintenance Service Contract for FACSymphony Equipment, POP - Base 11/1/2025 - 10/31/2026, plus 4 option years. The Statement of Work and Justification and Approval documents are attached. The NAICS code for this action is 334516. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
