Lumiloop LS Probes

This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis to allow for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 423690. Offerors must be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1. All offers must also have a Unique Entity Identification Number at (SAM) at www.sam.gov and be able to submit invoices through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation which shall be considered. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror. No third party vendors (foreign or domestic) are accepted with NMRC unless otherwise stated. All successful vendors are registered and able to invoice through WAWF. Items required are listed as follows:

Provide for the purchase of 1. Lumiloop LSProbe 1.2, G-variant; Qty 2 2. LSProbe Computer Interface CI-250+; LSProbe 1.2 Software Package on USB flash drive; 3. LSProbe 1.2 System Carrying Case; Shipping; Accredited Calibration 10 kHz – 8.2 GHz (ISO/IEC 17025 certified body electric-field strength calibration); 4. Flexible probe stand; Fiber connector cleaning kit. This will support NAMRU-San Antonia research projects with marginal disruption.
