This solicitation is being issued on as a small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 334516. Offerors must be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1. All offers must also have a Unique Entity Identification Number at (SAM) at www.sam.gov and be able to submit invoices through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror.
