Software License Agreement

The United States Department Of Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract, Qiagen LLC., Germantown, MD. 20874. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. The requirement is for a Software License Agreement, for a base award and two option years, Items are as follows:

1. CLC Genomics Server Premium, Product# 832025, Quantity 1ea/12mos.

2. CLC Genomics Server, Add Grid Node Plus, Product# 832113, Quantity 7ea/12mos. The NAICS code for this action is 513210. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems for Award Management.
