Azure Biosystems Cielo 6 DX Real Time PCR instrument

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, Azure Biosystems, Dublin, CA 94568. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. The Molecular Department of the Biological Defense Research Directorate, Naval Medical Research Command has an urgent need to procure Azure Biosystems Cielo 6 DX Real Time PCR instrument. The instrument has the ability to amplify and detect small amounts. The instrument consists of the following items and services:

1. Azure Product AIQ315 - Azure Cielo 6 Dx Real-Time PCR AIQ315 96-well Real-Time PCR instrument with touchscreen interface, 6 dye channel filters, USB cable, ethernet cable, Sample Plate Kit (5 96 Well plates and Seals). Includes Azure Cielo Manager analysis software - QTY: 1;

2. Azure Product AIQ500 - Azure Cielo Laptop Computer AIQ500 Windows laptop configured with Azure Cielo Manager software. Computer will come with Azure Cielo Manager (AIQ100) preinstalled - QTY: 1;

3. Azure Product AIQ317 - Azure Cielo IQOQ Documentation AIQ317 Documentation for Azure Cielo IQOQ. Includes IQOQ procedure, IQOQ checklist, and certification - QTY: 1;
