As part of this contract, a standard maintenance visit will be included, where a field service representative will evaluate the instruments' performance, perform calibrations, alignments, as well as determine whether any aspects of the machines are in need of repairs.

In addition to this visit, this contract will also provide remedial repairs (with parts, labor, and travel charges included), priority response time, priority technical support as well as phone and email access, and remote monitoring to detect instrument failures or errors. All of these aspects are necessary to ensure that the apparatus is functioning properly.
