Chamber Gas Analyzer

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, Nu Venture Diving Co, Oxnard, CA 93033. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment. NMRC's Undersea Medical Department conducts novel research projects with its numerous hyperbaric research chambers.

Realtime gas analysis, data acquisition, and display have traditionally been accomplished using multiple analyzers networked together to yield acceptable results within their perspective limitations. This requirement for the purchase of a chamber gas analyzer allowing real time data collection for concentrations of all the component gases and humidity in one concise portable unit. Specifically, the items needed are as follows:

(1) TWO OF MODEL #9641-NV-LB NUVAIL MULTIGAS COLOR CO, CO2,O2, MOISTURE/DEW POINT VO 2 O2, CO2-5000PPM - QTY: 2; and (2) TWO OF MODEL K10DEMP01A THERMIC PRINTER OPTION FOR MULTIGAS COLOR - QTY: 2 The NAICS code for this action is 333912. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
