Note: Vendors responding must be authorized Olink re-sellers. NMRC has been awarded grants for the study of biomarkers for post-acute sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC) among CHARM participants and biomarkers of Dengue infection in Iquitos Peru in a collaborative study with NAMRU-South. Both of these projects require the multiples detection of biomarkers through the use of Proximity Extension Assay (PEA) technology in small sample volumes. The Olink® Signature Q100 will be used to perform multiplex immunoassays.

The Olink® Signature Q100 will be used to perform multiplex immunoassays. The instrument must be capable of running and analyzing Olink Target 96, Target 48, and Focus panels based on the Proximity Extension Assay (PEA) technology. The items are listed as follows:
