Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF intends to solicit and award to qualified contractors a firm-fixed price contract to provide container; and Brand Name: Cortland Industries LLC ropes as follows: 

Two (2) Each Rope: Net length 20 FT; PLASMA 12 X 12 STRAND; 2 1/4 " DIA. (SIZE 7) 56 MM; BRIDLE LEGS/COATED ORANGE; 24" CORDURA COV EYE ONE END; 60" CORDURA COV EYE OTHER END. ENTIRE BODY COV ORANGE CORDURA. MOD SPLICE TUCK AND BURY. MTS: 481,000 LBS. TAGGED FOR TOWING. LEGS TO MATCH IN LENGTH; P/N T3336C 20'.

One (1) Each Rope: Net length 230 FT; PLASMA 12 X 12 STRAND; 2 1/4 " DIA. (SIZE 7) 56 MM; 24" CORDURA COV EYE ONE END X HD HAWSER THIMBLE OTHER END; 50 FT ORANGE CHAFE SECURE IN PLACE BELOW EACH EYE/THIMBLE MOD SPLICE TUCK AND BURTY,. MTS: 481,000 LBS. TAGGED FOR TOWING. P/N T3336C 230'.

One (1) Each Rope: Net length 300 FT; PLASMA 12 X 12 STRAND; 2 1/4 " DIA. (SIZE 7) 56 MM; 60" VELCRO CORDURA COVERED EYES ON ENDS. 95 FT OF VELCRO CHAFE DOWN BODY FROM EACH EYE, MOD SPLICE TUCK AND BURY, MTS: 481,000 LBS. TAGGED FOR TOWING; P/N T3336C 300'.

Two (2) Each Container: 69" X 38" X 26" INSULATED CONTAINER FOR ETS; DACO D337. 40 CUBIC FEET; P/N 51977.

Shipping charges shall be included and shall be FOB Destination Pearl Harbor, HI 96860.

The applicable NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 314994 Rope, Cordage, Twine, Tire cord, and Tire Fabric Mills. The Product Service Code is 4020 Fiber Rope, Cordage, and Twine. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business.

Please use the attached solicitation when submitting a quote or offer; alternative line item proposals are also accepted.

The tentative delivery date is September 30, 2026.

The deadline for quotes or offers is September 23, 2026 at 0700 a.m HST.
