TBD Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 270,000 bbls of clean product (the specific intended type will be provided on request) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.

Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions St. Theodore, Greece); and the place/range of redelivery is South China Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Singapore). The laydays commence 30 April 2026 and cancel 01 May 2026, and the period of performance will be about 60 days.

Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
