TBD Description: This requirement is for U.S. flagged, Jones Act, ocean-going certified tug capable of towing a U.S. naval vessel. Vessel will serve as a contingency towing vessel in the Caribbean Sea and remain able to respond to a vessel casualty and take it under tow as required within 48 hours of notification. Vessel will remain at anchor or in-port within response range until needed.

Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Key West, Florida and the place/range of redelivery is Key West, Florida. The layday commences and cancels 08 March 2026, and the charter period is about 140 days for the charter.
