Squadron located within building 1122 MOD 2 on NAS Jacksonville requires working digital intercom and loudspeaker system for safety of personnel, mission, and aircraft. This system is to be programmed/designed to pass emergent, urgent, and safety related information to all hands within each office of HSM-60. These spaces include, but are not limited to, individual work center spaces, bathrooms, hangar bay, and areas outside and inside the hangar bay to include smoke pits.

Squadron requires announcement coverage and announcement volume to ensure communications and command can be understood during working conditions. This will include, but is not limited to, installation of multiple office and warehouse type speakers, multiple base stations, multiple one-way announcement speakers for communications and in an emergency situation. MANDATORY SITE VISIT

Mandatory Site Visit will be on 27 June 2024, Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida
