Request for Information (RFI) Logistics Services, Food Services (FS) and Logistics Training, and Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP) service contract The Government is seeking information on capable and qualified companies to meet the following requirement. MSC is owner and operator of more than fifty, (50) civilian-mariner (CIVMAR) maned ships and is responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of its ships throughout their active service period.

Each shipboard supply department plays an important role in overall MSC ship operations and provides key services, including supply and configuration management, combat logistics, food services, and hotel/laundry operations. The Government intends to issue a sole source bridge contract to the incumbent contractor pending the results of this RFI.

Respondents are encouraged to provide any feedback regarding industry’s ability to ramp up and meet the Government’s requirement for seamless service continuation under the subject requirement as described in the PWS included in this announcement.

Specifically, the government is seeking feedback about: Industry’s ability to provide a fully staffed team, meeting all professional and clearance requirements and hire, or transfer, and train personnel through the phase-in period in order to fulfill the required services by the required start date of 01 February 2024. Please note, during this time the government is unable to provide direct responses to questions received in response to this RFI. However, due consideration will be given to all feedback and any feedback received may be used to revise the requirements.
