This is an Award Notice prepared in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) awarded Task Order N0042126F1369 that resulted from Solicitation N0042126Q1297 using the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) Government Wide Acquisition (GWAC) contract vehicle. NASA SEWP Request #386549 was published on July 31st 2026 and received four quotes.

New Tech Solutions Inc. (NTS), 4179 Business Center, Fremont, California, 94538, was selected as the awarded vendor. NTS will provide access to licensed CORAS AI software, Part Number CORAS-GOLD-ENT-00012.

This effort was issued as a competitive Small Business Set-Aside using the NASA SEWP GWAC, NAICS Code 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) as well as the Product Service Code (PSC) 7A21 (IT and Telecom - Business Application Software (Perpetual License Software)), which resulted in the placement of a Single Award Task Order under NASA SEWP Contract NNG15SC82B. The Task Order has an initial 6-month Period of Performance, with an additional 6-month option period. The contract consists of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) CLINs for the procurement of CORAS AI Software.
