Sole Source to Parraid for Cloud and Migration AI Readiness Study

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Kimberly Silvernagel at kimberly.d.silvernagel.civ@us. navy.mil no later than 11:59 A.M EST September 24, 2026. Items must be brand new. Quote all items or none. Solicitation N00421-26-Q-1352 is issued as a sole source procurement.

The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis to PARRAID LLC for Cloud Migration and AI Readiness Study of Omega Software Suite, (see section C of RFQ for specifications) under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12. See Attached RFQ MUST BE AN AUTHORIZED Omega Software Suite DISTRIBUTOR/RESELLER.

Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law. Please complete certification and provide with your offer. All items must be TAA Compliant. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide.

Basis for Award

The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 11:59 A.M EST 24 September 2026. Only brand name quotes will be considered. Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quote. The Government will not pay for any information received.
