The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Teguar Corporation for Touch Panel Display items as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 8.405-6(b)(1). BRAND NAME ONLY!! Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.

This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. NO SUBSTITUTIONS ACCEPTED - Items must be covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty. Vendors must be Teguar Corporation Authorized Distributors/Resellers and provide documentation to be considered.** PROVIDE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN ON QUOTE
