Hayward Turnstiles, Inc Solicitation N00421-25-Q-1122 is issued as a Brand Name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis, for Hayward Turnstiles, Inc. brand name Pedestrian Turnstiles and Canopies, under the authority implemented under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 52.219-6.

Offerors must be registered inthe System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov/sam/) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. *This is a small business set-aside in accordance with 52.219-6.* See Attached RFQ Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received by Time 3:00pm (EST) on 07 May 2025 will be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
