1064nm Nanosecond Pulsed Laser Benchtop, 200 W Peak Power

Solicitation N00421-24-T-0012 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name Sole Source basis under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The Pulsed Laser Rackmount must be P/N 1064nm Nanosecond Pulsed Laser Bench to ensure compatibility, and functionality.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. See Attached RFQ Award All or None Only quotes from authorized distributors of will be evaluated. Please provide a copy of your authorized reseller certificate. The requested item must be brand new.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
