Repair Calibration Services Thermal Power Sensor GFP

U.S. Government ~ Tax Exempt All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to JaNae Lester at janae.a.lester.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 3 P.M EST 01/12/2024. Please quote all or none. Items must be brand new. Solicitation N00421-24-Q-0087 is issued as an intent to sole source.

The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Rohde & Schwarz Inc. , for Thermal Power Sensor (see RFQ & SOW) , under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13. Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.

This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. See Attached RFQ Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law. Please complete certification and provide with your offer This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

Basis for Award

The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes MUST be received no later than 3 P.M EST 01/12/2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not pay for any information received.
