Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for UPPER ARM supplies: Upper Arm part number 1600904-2/04, Tie Rod, Steering part number 1600904-2/02, Shaft, Steering part number 1600904-2/08, Lower Arm Assy part number 1600904-2/01, V-Bolt, Steering Arm part number PDI-10020 (PORT), Forward Drive Mount part number 1600902-5, Steering Stop part number 1600904-6, Spacer, Ring part number 3421, Mounting Plate, Forward part number 1600902-6 (PORT), Socket Head Screw part number 1600904-2/15, Steering Arm part number 1600904-2/30, and Bushing, Lower Trunion part number PDI-10037.

This requirement is sole sourced to POWER DYNAMICS INNOVATIONS LLC. as these are direct replacement parts for existing equipment and they are the manufacturer with sole proprietary information. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will evaluate the offeror’s price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination in accordance with RFO 12.203.

Drawing, references and TGIs will not be provided or furnished as part of this solicitation due to distribution restrictions. Drawings, references and TGIs are available to quoters listed on the Joint Certification Program (JCP) website.
