This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is N00406-26-Q-0041 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Airborne Noise Testing on one (1) Government Furnished Fan Coil Assembly in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and MIL-PRF-23798E(SH). This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The NAICS CODE is 541380 and the Small Business Size Standard is $19.0 Million. The Government intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order to a responsible small business concern.
