This acquisition will be negotiated on a SOLE SOURCE. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. A determination to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED AS SOLE SOURCE TO FAIRBANKS MORSE LLC. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR SERVICE REQUIREMENT.

SERVICE MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) OR PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS). SOLICITATION FORM NEEDS TO BE FILLED IN, SIGNED AND SENT IN WITH QUOTE FOR BID TO BE CONSIDERED.
