INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, OEM TRIDENT MARITIME SYSTEMS/IMECO ACTUATOR ASSY

THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE SUPPLY CONTRACT NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting in support of Military Sealift Command (MSC), is negotiating a for a firm fixed-price, supply contract to provide OEM TRIDENT MARITIME SYSTEMS/IMECO - ACTUATOR ASSY on a SOLE SOURCE basis. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 26 MARCH 2025 with a closing date on or about 31 MARCH 2025. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures.

This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM.Gov Website: https://sam.gov/content/home. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based on responses received to this notice is solely within the disrection of the Government.
