NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Submarine Development Squadron 5, is negotiating on a Brand Name basis for HYSECURITY STRONGARM 20 BARRIER GATE with SMART TOUCH CONTROLLER in accordance with solicitation specifications. The posting date of the solicitation is XXX with a closing date on XXX. Complete description in attached solicitation when posted. This requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. To be negotiated on a Brand Name basis to HYSECURITY per FAR 6.302.

A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
