ORIGIN BY FACT-SP (NOLSC): to U.S. NAVAL BASE SASEBO JAPAN A Firm-Fixed Price, Supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
