This solicitation will ultimately result in the award of a five (5) year Long Term Contract Requirement (LTC) in support of H-60 platform. This LTC will provide Navy support for all National Stock Numbers (NSNs) identified on Attachment A. This contract/delivery order/purchase order/modification is issued by the Government when deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile or sent by any electronic commerce method, including email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to issue this contract/delivery order/purchase order/modification.
