Substitute the following paragraphs (c)(1)(xi) and (xii) for those paragraphs in the clause at Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.244-6: SUBCONTRACTS FOR COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (MAR 2025) (DEVIATION 2025-O0003) All other terms and conditions remain the same.

This amendment is issued by the Government when deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile or sent by any electronic commerce method, including email. \ 1. This RFP is hereby extended to 31 March 2025. 2. The current RFP is hereby issued as competitive unrestricted. \ The total quantity for this procurement is hereby increased by 2 each from 1 each to 3 each. The solicitation period is hereby extended to 28 February 2025. All other terms and conditions remain the same. \ This RFQ is for a spares buy.

The Small Business AdministrationRepresentative at NAVSUP WSS has reviewed this requirement and determined thata set-aside recommendation was not applicable for this procurement. This RFQ is issued by the Government when deposited in the mail, transmittedby facsimile or sent by any electronic commerce method, including email.
