The Government's acceptance of the contractor'sproposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents asdetailed herein. Early and incremental deliveries accepted and preferred at no cost to thegovernment. All Terms and Conditions are in accordance with BOA: N00383-25-G-NC01. \
