Final proposal revisions will need to be submitted by Tuesday December 18 by 4:30PM EST time. The puropse of this amendment is to open discussions between those offerors who have already submitted proposals and set cut off date for final proposal revisions.

Final proposal revisions will be permitted by offerors and arerequied to be submitted by Tuesday December 10 by 5:00PM EST time. fhis amendment is to clarify the evaluation criteria, open discussions betweenthose offerors who have already submitted proposals, and set cut off date forfinal proposal revisions. In addition, clause WSSTERMMZ01 is hereby removedfrom solicitation N0038325QT007.

In place of this clause, the followinglanguage is included: "The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible,technically acceptable and responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to thesolicitation, represents best value to the Government. The offerors proposalshall be in the form prescribed by, and shall contain a response to each ofthe areas identified in the Section L solicitation provision entitled"Submission of Offers for Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable Offers?.

Onlythose proposals prepared in accordance with the solicitation will beevaluated. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price ofproposals meeting or exceeding administrative costs, it is in the Government'sbest interest to do so.The Government will first evaluate the non-price go/no go factors. The non-price evaluation factor is Past Performance. The non-price factors will be rated as either acceptable or unacceptable based onthe solicitation criteria.

The contractor must achieve an acceptable rating in pastperformance or it will be removed from competition." Final proposal revisions will be permitted by offerors and are required to besubmitted by COB Friday, November 29, 2024 This solicitation will be using competitive procedures.This requirement willbe awarded to the offeror with the lowest pricetechnically acceptable (LPTA)submitted via quote.

The closing date for this solicitation is listed on page 1.The quotes may bee-mailed to the below address and must be Received on or before 2:00 PM EST ofthe closing date. Offers received after the closing date are considered to be late and will notbe considered for award.
