This amendment is hereby issued to reflect the following changes:

1. The AMC code has been updated to reflect this item as a sole source requirement to Sikorsky (78286). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

Source Authority: 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as supplemented by FAR 6.302. Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN. If you are not an approved source, you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure which can be obtained on the internet at https://www.navsup.navy.mil/navsup/ourteam/navsupwss/business_opps . Offers received which fail to provide all data required by the source approval brochure will not be considered for award under this solicitation.

2. SubCLIN0001AB is hereby incorporated for a quantity of 2 EA.

The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to issue this contract/delivery order/purchase order/modification. \ The Small Business Administration representative at NAVSUP WSS has reviewed this requirement and determined that a set-aside recommendation was not applicable for this procurement. This RFP is for a spares buy and will be using competitive procedures. This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote.
