The closing date of solicitation N00383-24-Q-T421 is hereby extended to 2024 NOV 07. All offers must be received by 2024 NOV 07. No late offers willbe accepted.

All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email.

The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein. \ The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes: 1. The total quantity of the current requirement is hereby increased from 1each to 2 each.

All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders,delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement areconsidered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited inthe mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commercemethods, such as email.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This solicitation will be using competitive procedures. This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest pricetechnically acceptable (LPTA) submitted via quote.

The closing date for this solicitation is listed on page 1. The quotes may be e-mailed to the below address and must be Received on orbefore 2:00 PM EST of the closing date. Offers received after the closing date are considered to be late and will notbe considered for award.

Can only be procured only from suppliers who provide FAA-Certified partswhichpossess a FAA Authorized Release Certificate, FAA Form 8130-3 AirworthyApproval Tag, from certified repair stations pursuant to 14 CFRPart 14. ALL CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS (I.E. CONTRACTS, PURCHASE ORDERS, TASK ORDERSDELIVERY ORDERS AND MODIFICATIONS) RELATED TO THE INSTANT PROCUREMENT ARECONSIDERED TO BE "ISSUED" BY THE GOVERNMENT WHEN THE COPIES ARE EITHERDEPOSITED IN THE MAIL, TRANSMITTED BY FACSIMILE, OR SENT BY OTHER ELECTRONICCOMMERCE METHODS, SUSH AS EMAIL.
