1. The total quantity is increase to 50 each.

2. The solicitation closing date is updated to 11 April 2024.

3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. \ This is a spares solicitation using competitive procedures. The closing date to submit a proposal is listed on page 1 of this solicitation. Offers received after the closing date are considered to be late and will not be considered for award unless directed otherwise by the PCO.

The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible, technically acceptable offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined most advantageous to the Government, price, capacity, and delivery considered. Quotes shall be emailed to michael.j.dickens5.civ@us.navy.mil.

All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders, and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued"by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as e-mail. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to issue contractual documents as detailed herein. \
