This notice serves as a combined pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation for the repair of Navy Weapon System MH-60R Component - Synopsis for NAVSUP WSS for the repair of:

1 unit of NIIN 011585984, PN 70410-22820-043, SERVOCYLINDER for Foreign Military Sales for Denmark. The Government intends award to the only one source (Parker Hannifin Corporation, CAGE 59211) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The government does not possess (or cannot provide) the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the items. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to the notice.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required. WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending. The time for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
